The Riverfest Raft Race

After playing both Friday night and Saturday morning at the Niles Riverfest, TMW was invited to participate in the annual raft race on the St. Joseph's River. We invaded the Dollar General Store and stocked up with water balloons, brooms for oars, a grill and a bunch of other goofy acoutrements. Emma and Cathy spent the afternoon painting the masthead and off we went. Suffice it to say, we had no idea what we were getting into. We think we had fun. But we learned that it was not really a raft race, it was war. Wait until next year....TMW is coming back ready to rumble.
